In 2017, McDonald's, the world's leading fast food (junk food) company, abused a punk graphic design that mimicked “NEVER MIND THE BOLLOCKS” to announce a new product. This is the very style that Jamie Reid created.
Two years later, in 2019, Jamie suddenly released a piece of artwork that seemed to rebel against it. It is called “Jamie Reid vs McDonald's”. The message it conveys is "McDONALD'S IS NOT PUNK IT'S SHIT".
